And I have a favour re #12 - do you do customizations on the text, or do they have to say "Heroes"? Because I was wondering if you'd be willing to tweak it so it said "flail" instead?

I love it - but my brain is being weird and reading it as "hail" as well as "flail" - it's fine as is but if you wanted to make it a more "heroes" font?
